By accessing or using Shaadi Studio ("the Service"), operated at shaadistudio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Shaadi Studio is a South Asian wedding planning platform that provides tools for managing guest lists, budgets, seating arrangements, checklists, invitations, and vendor coordination. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration and to update it as necessary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape data or overload the Service.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Shaadi Studio (guest lists, photos, budget data, etc.). By uploading content you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Shaadi Studio name, logo, design, and underlying code are the property of Shaadi Studio and its contributors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable open-source licenses.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Google (for authentication and contacts import) and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Shaadi Studio is not responsible for third-party service availability or practices.

8. Payment & Subscriptions

Some features of Shaadi Studio may require a paid subscription. If applicable, pricing and billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy, if any.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaadi Studio and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shaadi Studio and its contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued operation becomes impractical. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
